Choco-late is this year’s Esplora’s returning event for adults only and as the title hints, it will be an event all about chocolate. This event is being organised in collaboration with the Institute for Tourism Studies (ITS) and together we shall be exploring the science behind chocolate and chocolate making. We shall be holding a number of hands-on workshops and activities on several related topics such as chocolate sculptures, pairing chocolate with wine, chocolate experiments and more.
